Emich Volkswagen is the place to go if you own a VW anywhere in the state of Colorado. I recently had my Tiguan serviced at their Santa Fe location, and the entire experience was exceptional. Collin D. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly thorough, keeping me informed throughout the repair process and making sure all my questions were answered. A huge thank-you to Brian, the technician, for his expertise and attention to detail. I received updates via text and video throughout the repair process, including actual footage of the work being performed on my vehicle. I really appreciated that level of transparency and communication. The dealership also made transportation incredibly convenient. They arranged rideshare transportation to and from the dealership and provided a loaner vehicle while my Tiguan was being serviced. Dropping your vehicle off and being out the door within approximately 10 minutes or less in a rideshare is pretty impeccable. The entire process was effortless. I also accidentally left my son's headphones in the loaner vehicle, and Collin made sure they were located and safely held for me to pick up. Just another example of the thoughtful customer service I experienced. I genuinely cannot imagine taking my VW anywhere else. Collin, Brian, and the entire Emich team, thank you for taking such excellent care of my vehicle and making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. Five stars simply aren't enough. You can be completely confident that you and your Volkswagen are in excellent hands at Emich VW. This team consistently goes above and beyond, and they've absolutely earned our loyalty.

Great experience shopping with Emich. We came in knowing what we wanted to look at and Dustin was great. No pushy sales tactics, just providing us information on the car we wanted to look at. Gave us a full rundown on the vehicle’s history and let us make our decision. Would highly recommend buying a car from them.

I had a terrible experience at another Denver Metro VW recently which had me looking for other options. I went to Emich, shared my experience, what I was looking for to sign that day & they made it happen. Additionally, during the test drive Quinn showed me features that the other dealership neglected to mention. After I signed he sat in the car with me and went through most of the settings and features the vehicle had to offer. They listened to me, helped me get what I want and went above and beyond with their customer service.

Had an absolute 5-star experience here the other day! Brought my car in as I was coming up on the end of my lease. Gabe was immediately so personable and relatable, he truly was such an advocate for me. The financing gal I met with was also so real. I felt like they truly wanted to help me out & get me into the best situation possible. Such a refreshing experience. I will be requesting to work with them both from here on out. Can not recommend this dealership enough!

My car got brought it on a Tuesday, by Wednesday it had been inspected. Insurance approved on Thursday, everything was ordered the same day and had the videos from inspection and after the repairs were done. They kept me in the loop and through the entire process. I was really having a hard time whenever I have brought it to. Thank you for making me feel like the owner of the car means something and not just another ticket or number! Thank you!
